WANTED TO BUY:
Last year, I purchased a 16-piece white porcelain dinnerware set from my local Canadian Tire store.
This was the Mayfair & Jackson "Miko" set, as seen in the attached photo. The plates are slightly square in shape, with gently rounded sides and corners.
Recently, I returned to Canadian Tire to buy another set, to add to the one I already have and make it a service for eight instead of four. To my great disappointment, I found it is no longer in stock and has been discontinued, replaced by a new set called "Bianca" which is very nice, but doesn't match my existing set.
If you are in or near Hamilton ON and have a "Miko" set you would be willing to sell, please contact me as soon as possible. I will pay full price, provided all pieces are present and undamaged.
I would also be willing to buy one, two or three complete, individual "Miko" place settings (large dinner plate, bread & butter plate, oversized bowl and large cup/mug).
Please reply by email, preferably with a photo of your "Miko" set, so I can be sure they're exactly the same as the dishes I have.
